Belchertown Cultural Council approves Winter Light Night grant subcommittee.

Belchertown Cultural Council unanimously approved March minutes and advanced Winter Light Night grant pursuit. Chair Melanie Donovan formed a subcommittee including Heidi Brunell, Trista, and grants coordinator Dawn to seek a creative experiences grant requiring matching funds; snowflake light replacement costs are pending. In related spending, Ruthie Sterling will explore alternative sponsors for a hot chocolate truck previously underwritten by Remax at $3,210.

Melissa Saunders volunteered to coordinate planning for a new 2027 flagship event; council noted no members are available for Earth Day this year.
