Belchertown records 16 deed transfers in August, most with sale prices not yet recorded

The top transaction was 47 Segur Lane at $160,000, sold by Jameson and Angela Gaspar to Freedom Credit Union. Four of the five priced sales named a bank or credit union as buyer. The remaining 11 transfers, including trust conveyances, homestead declarations and a tax certificate, carried no price recorded yet, leaving most of the period's activity without a clear market value.
