Board of Assessors approves routine administrative matters

BELCHERTOWN — The Belchertown Board of Assessors approves motor vehicle exemption and forest management plan amendment unanimously. The board approved a 2026 Motor Vehicle Excise Exemption Application for Farm Plate #6464 and an amendment to Forest Management Plan 024-1641 on unanimous votes. Members present were Loring Caney, Chair; Craig Tommila, Vice Chair; and Zachary Bombard, Director of Assessments.
The board also processed bills payable totaling $246.83 and accepted a monthly list of real estate exemptions valued at $5,191.74.
