BELCHERTOWN — Board of Health unanimously approves FY27 staffing and opens pesticide regulation discussion. The Belchertown Board unanimously confirmed 11 department positions at its May 22 meeting, including Director of Public Health Andrea Crete, Senior Clerk Mary Grenier, and Title V Consultant Roger Bacon. Board member David Gottsegen introduced research on pesticide and herbicide health risks, proposing restrictions on pesticide use on municipal grounds and schools, citing regulatory models from Andover and South Hadley.
