BELCHERTOWN — Capital Improvement Planning Committee sets $2-3M bonding target for municipal repairs. With $920,399 available from the current budget, including $500,000 from a voter-approved override, the committee prioritized HVAC replacements at the Fire Department, Senior Center, and Belchertown High School, along with bleacher and asbestos-tile replacement at John Fitch Middle School.
