BELCHERTOWN — Council on Aging approves March minutes, plans closer coordination with senior craft group. The board agreed that two members will attend Belchertown Senior Center Craft Association meetings in May and June to align planning for a December 5 holiday bazaar featuring larger themed baskets, baked goods, and business donations. Select Board Liaison Nicole Miner reported the town is pursuing grant funding for a housing trust fund with a town meeting vote expected; a local bank declined to fund dining room tables, which COA Director Jessica Langlois said would cost $17,000 to replace.

Vice Chair Maureen Keizer suggested creating a survey for special program participants to gather feedback on programming.
