Belchertown Cultural Council unanimously approves $536 for August First Thursday Festival promotion. Chair Melanie Donovan led the council in authorizing $400 for graphic design work and materials directing festival attendees to the relocated venue, with a final draft due May 12, and approving the purchase of 200 three-inch diameter stickers for $136. The council also discussed potentially engaging a University of Massachusetts intern for future design work at reduced cost.
The five-member body voted unanimously on both expenditures.
