Associate member Mike Potishnak reported electric vehicle chargers now operational and app-listed; Chris Bambacus detailed solar feasibility study findings showing potential 100-kilowatt capacity across municipal buildings in phased installation; Rich Prager reported grants secured for the Rail Trail, which holds the largest unfinished section of the Northampton to Boston system, with committee discussion of hiring a part-time coordinator to advance completion.
