Hazard Mitigation Committee assigns Fire Chief signatory authority

BELCHERTOWN — Hazard Mitigation Committee authorizes Fire Chief Ingram document signatory authority. The committee voted unanimously to assign Fire Chief John Ingram as signatory for past, present, and future documents, with Police Chief Kevin Pacunas, DPW Director Linda Leduc, Town Planner Doug Albertson, Community Member Robert Thrasher, and Senior Center Executive Director Jessica Langlois present. The committee also unanimously approved minutes from the October 22, 2025 public meeting.
No documents were presented for signature review at the March 5 meeting, which adjourned after 10 minutes.
