Planning Board continues hearing, reorganizes leadership

Belchertown Planning Board re-elects Dan Beaudette as Chair and reorganizes leadership. The Board unanimously confirmed Elizabeth Pols as Vice Chair, Leonard Bilodeau as Clerk, Michael Hofler as Single Signatory and Community Preservation Committee liaison, and Bjorn Markeson as PVPC Commissioner Representative. The Board continued its public hearing on a multiple dwelling development proposed by 50 Federal Operating Company, LLC, on Pelham Road to June 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., pending receipt of a peer review letter.
The Board also unanimously endorsed an ANR for Stephen, Rodney, and Darleen Setkewich to create Lot A on Cold Spring Street.
