Belchertown Planning Board continued its hearing on Jason Lafleur's 10-lot subdivision proposal and deferred final action to March 10. Chair Dan Beaudette and board members, including Michael Hofler and Bjorn Markeson, flagged critical gaps in sight-distance standards at the Ware Road and Meadow Pond Road intersection and insufficient bridge width on Aldrich Street, requiring a blinking warning light and revised Fire Department approval on vehicle turning radius before the project can move forward. The board unanimously recommended Robert Mileski's Special Permit application for a duplex at the former Franklin School building, 720 Franklin Street.
