Planning Board recommends Pepper Ridge Drive as public way.

Planning Board · Meeting of March 24, 2026

BELCHERTOWN — Planning Board unanimously recommends Pepper Ridge Drive as public way. Chair Dan Beaudette led the 5-0-0 vote to advance the twenty-year-old subdivision, which required extensive DPW involvement and road and retention basin reconstruction. The board also appointed Leonard Bilodeau and Elizabeth Pols to an ad hoc Land Use Plan Working Group updating the Master Plan's land use elements over four to eight meetings guided by the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission.

Town Planner Doug Albertson reported that a Community Plan grant application is due this week and that two land purchases destined for town meeting warrant are fully reimbursed by grants.
