Belchertown Recreation Committee approves new 72-hour agenda and public comment protocols. The committee heard from Justin Hooten of Little League, which now offers baseball and softball in spring, summer, and fall seasons. Kyle Thibeault, Recreation Director, reported that the Rec Department will continue offering recreational softball and will shut down Constantino field for summer reconditioning.
An upcoming fireworks show before Fair weekend will proceed based on donation levels, with a rain date set for later in the fall.
