The Board unanimously granted a Class II license to 122 Federal Street Inc. to display up to five used vehicles with wetlands protections, but split 2-2-0 on a letter endorsing grant funding for a 105-unit apartment project at Carriage Grove, with Jonathan Ritter objecting to Community Preservation Committee involvement and Nicole A. Miner requesting more review time.
