BELCHERTOWN — Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approves garage apartment special permit. Chair Jennifer Sharrow, Member Wayne Versace, and Associate Member Donna-Rae Kenneally voted 3-0 to grant Joshua Kenney a special permit under Section 145-69 to add a one-bedroom apartment to an existing attached garage at 167 Warren Wright Road (Map 217 Lot 3, zoned AG-A). Versace noted the project meets permit criteria and aligns with zoning intent.
The board conditioned approval on clearance from other relevant town boards and commissions.
