Planning Board endorses Shelterwood ANR; Bronner subdivision deferred
Planning Board · Meeting of August 11, 2026
BELCHERTOWN — Planning Board endorses Shelterwood ANR and orders Woodland Lane developer to fix failed stormwater system. The board voted 4-0 to approve the amended lot-identification plan for Shelterwood Management's three-lot Old Farm Circle subdivision dated July 6, 2026, after the revised mylar was resubmitted with owner-of-record corrections. In a separate matter, developer Andrey Korchevsky was directed to submit written reports on 14 outstanding maintenance items, engage an independent engineer to inspect infiltration basins, and appear monthly for updates after admitting he had not cleaned the basins in two years, contributing to yard flooding during heavy rains.
The board set a three-month deadline for system certification ahead of the spring Town Meeting.
