Belchertown Lakes Committee approves letter supporting Lake Holland barley treatment. The three-member panel voted unanimously to provide the letter for submission to the Conservation Commission, with Treasurer John Soja reporting the committee holds $2,611.50 in its account. Funds are allocated toward Lake Metacomet treatment and Lake Holland algae testing, while a three-treatment spring and summer schedule is planned for Lakes Holland and Arcadia.

Jeff Oldenburg's committee position ends June 30, and Theresa Cain will be reappointed for another three-year term.
