The board voted 3-0, with one abstention, to advance an annual on-premise all-alcoholic beverage license for Cold Spring Country Club Management LLC at 330 Chauncey Walker Street to the state Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission, with attorney Rich Maynard representing the applicant and operator Willie Guy present; board members noted that placing the license with the property owners rather than a rotating restaurant tenant ends years of regulatory instability at the site.
