Belchertown Historical Commission advances 250th anniversary planning. The body approved a new logo for marketing and confirmed event details including an abridged Declaration of Independence reading, Belchertown community band performance, food trucks, re-enactments, and fireworks viewing at Jessica's Boundless Playground. Member Michael Carolan flagged errors in the Massachusetts Cultural Resource Information System and will bring corrections to the next meeting; the commission also noted that Clapp Library Windows won approval from the Community Preservation Committee.

Chair Susan Tyler said reminders on the town AI policy will be distributed to members still completing submissions.
